TV was blasting when we entered room, but there was no remote. Had to go to the front desk twice to get one that worked. Smoke detector ripped off the wall. Housekeeping tried to enter room twice before check out time-despite us letting them know we were still occupying it.

Stressed and this hotel added to it!

We booked due to power outage at our home and the surrounding area. The room had a funky smell but we dealt with it. We checked in about 7:00PM after cleaning up storm damage and let our kids use the pool. Went to take showers and had NO hot water the entire night. The room had no toiler paper or kleenex and went to the front desk to ask for more first thing in the morning and received terrible customer service. The real kicker is the hotel staff called my cell at 2:37am! Asked if we were keeping our reservation for the night. Who calls at that time? Woke up the entire room and no one could get back to sleep. I had to be up for work at 5:00am. They lady I spoke with in the lobby after being told there was no manager (who was putting the food out for the breakfast) was the only person with good customer service. The lady at the lobby desk (please check who was there at 7:30am) was horrible! The lady with the food told me I would receive a reduced rate for the room and that we could have a later check out. We still have no power and need to stay somewhere but I will never go to this hotel again!

Great for a quick night's sleep before an early flight. Clean, good smells, coffee and water in the lobby, shuttle service. There was a large gap between our door and the floor, so if people were chatting outside, it was loud, but we put a towel there and all was good.Comfy beds.

Stayed here as a midway point on our drive to the east coast. The property seemed a bit older but was overall clean and I felt safe staying there with my family. Front desk staff was friendly. Serviceable breakfast with protein options for those who prefer not to have a sugary breakfast. Dining options were close by for a sit-down dinner.

Everything was as expected. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Check in was simple. Just make sure the desk person understands and writes the correct time if using the park and fly option. The lady at the desk wrote down my flight time not my need to arrive at the airport time on the shuttle schedule. Easily corrected in the morning because there was enough room on the shuttle. Return from the airport was simple. Just call the front desk once you get back and they will send the shuttle to pick you up. Shuttle drivers were great, kind and efficient. I would use this hotel again for a trip.
