Staying at the Drury Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh has spoiled me for life. The hotel personnel from the desk clerks to the hospitality hour servers to the valet were so friendly and so helpful. They went above and beyond to assist and ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and so spacious compared to some top line hotel chains. I felt like I was home away from home. Thank you Drury Hotels. You will be my go to choice.

I was impressed first off by the huge vault doors and the history of the structure. Ant, counter staff, was very knowledgeable about the history. She was very lovely to chat with also. I was not expecting the buffet dinner that was included in the room rate nor the drink tickets. Definitely what I needed after an 8 hour drive. The room was great - big and clean. Just a great experience.
