An absolute gem! This hotel was great in every way from location, valet, check in, room, meals, snacks and all members of staff. They all were so friendly and nice. The managers were walking around during meals to ask about stays and actively engaging with all guests. The bartender and buffet crew were on it with bringing out food and taking used plates. The breakfast buffet was great and don't miss out on the 5:30-7 dinner and drinks! It was by no means anything fancy but a really good buffet to be included. The lobby popcorn and soda was a nice added bonus. The valet were super nice and accommodating. We had a double queen suite. The room was huge! It was great to have the sitting area separate from the beds so I could be up earlier than the other person and not disturb their sleep. The room was clean and had everything needed for a nice 2 day stay. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance including the PPG Arena for a hockey game. Go Pens! The entire city was fantastic and inviting. I would 10/10 recommend it and this hotel is probably the only one I'd stay at going forward for trips here again. I also will be on the lookout for them in other cities. Fantastic experience!

Good sized room, the building is really interesting and in a good location downtown. Walkable to the PPG Paints arena. Parking on site is valet only, I parked at the Greyhound garage. The hotel manager and all the staff were friendly and approachable. The 5:30 kick back is a really good perk.

We came to Pittsburgh (first time) for a Bryan Adams concert at the PPG Arena. I chose Drury because it so close, knowing nothing about your hotel. The room was huge, and spotless! We loved it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and responsive. The breakfast was perfect fluffy eggs, perfectly done sausage and perfectly roasted home fries ;) Oh, and my wife LOVED the popcorn. And on top of all that, you offered the first drink free for dinner, and the next two for a dollar each. We have never been to hotel with such amenities and bonuses. When we come back, we will always stay at the Drury.

Overall, it was fine for me. I'm not fussy, and it was close enough to the convention center. The morning breakfast was the only negative, both limited and so-so at best. Then again, I'd go there again as the staff was most cordial and the price was much better than the Westin down the street, a bit closer to the convention center ... but not enough to make me want to pony up for the difference.
