Easy parking. Basic room. I was very frustrated because for 2 hours there was loud noise of a child (most likely) running back and forth in a room, jumping off and on a bed, loud water running, etc. I called the office at 10:30 at night to report. He said he would address the issue. An hour later at 11:30, this was still an issue. A female answered an ASSURED ME there was NOBODY above me and I had to be wrong. I mean, really? I am hearing ghosts? It was not just me, it was my 16 year old daughter and she was trying to do homework and then sleep as we were getting up for the airport at 3:30 am. The point of staying there was to save us 2.5 hours of driving in the night. That was ruined. Don't expect good service.

Women: DO NOT STAY HERE (also, get yourself an extra door lock for when you stay in a hotel) I attempted to stay here 12/6. Within two hours of checking in, someone repeatedly used a room key, PROGRAMMED TO MY ROOM, to attempt to break in while I was sleeping. The only thing that kept this man out was my additional door lock I had purchased and installed on the door, (pictured below). I yelled at him from inside the room and the voice that responded back sounded like the hotel employee that had JUST checked me in two hours previously. I packed up and went to the front desk to get a refund. I had to threaten to get the police in to review the cameras to see who had attempted to get into my room. Only then did he agree to refund me so that I could go somewhere safer. Somewhere where the hotel employees don't break into a solo woman's room or give out keys to a solo woman's room. NOT SAFE. MASSIVE safety violations and issues. Interesting that the threat of police reviewing camera footage finally got them moving, isn't it. Maybe they should be informed anyways so that this doesn't happen to someone else, someone without an extra lock, God forbid. There was also some kind of powder in the corners of the room. I was able to wipe it up with my fingers so it would have easily been swept or mopped up had the hotel staff actually tried.

There was no one there. The email I was given did not contain the proper codes nor did it tell me which room was mine. I was there over 95 minutes and could not enter. I had to leave and go to another hotel because I could not enter a room! THIS IS FRAUD! IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND I WILL BE FILING A FRAUD REPORT with the Fort Lauderdale police.

Basic no frills motel meant just for sleeping and NOT for hanging out or relaxing. Room is bare bones- some dirt and lost items found under the bed, behind the bed and furniture but otherwise clean. There is no one that staffs the desk 24/7 as the desk person is mainly at the quality inn motel next door - so you need to dial zero on the desk phone to reach someone. Shower towels are paper thin and may need to Ask for more. Again, not a bad place but it’s meant for just sleeping. This hotel is about 10 mins from the airport and 30 mins from downtown Pittsburgh. The next town over of Caroapolis has bars, restaurants and stores. Def need a vehicle if staying here as there isn’t public transportation. I likely wouldn’t stay again due to the distance from downtown Pittsburgh, but it served its purpose on this trip.

The toilet was broken the entire time . No shuttle available as promise on the website. It was until the last day they were able to switch us room. I would avoid at all cost don’t get your trip ruin for booking with these guys.
Toilet wouldn’t flush and I had to talk to them 6 times for us to get a different room on our last night
