The floors in the common areas were filthy. My heating/air unit had popcorn and dirt in it. The water coming from the bathroom sink smelled like fuel. The evening staff was pleasant but the morning desk staff was curt. Breakfast was unremarkable. I am a seasoned traveller and rarely comment but with the rating this property had I expected more and was sorely disappointed.

Horrible check in

Check in could not have been any worse. Took over an hour because the girl could not find my reservation and evidently no one else was working. I ended up having to call a corporate number from email and he found the reservation immediately and wasn’t sure why the girl at desk could not find it. But he said it showed up on his end dating back to the time I made it. He gave me the confirmation number and after an hour+ standing around and now late for my concert I finally got checked in.

Excellent stay. Easy commute to everywhere I visited. If I had to mention any issue, there was a slight cigarette smoke in the bathroom. It was not overwhelming though, and went away the next day. Breakfast was good. Different options each day.
