Hotel was quiet on the 6th floor. Was a little disappointed with the beverage machines. Seems like everything was sold out on our floor. But the Alcove next door to the hotel Has amazing food and a worker named Jojo that was a great guy. Lady that check us in at the hotel was sweet too.

Stayed with my husband and kids. When we went to put linens on the pull out couch, we discovered that the linens were dirty (looked like chunky vomit dried onto the comforter) and only one pillow. So we asked for more linens and the staff member seemed very put out to get some for us. Then, we were told there were no more pillows or extra towels (we have four kids and they only gave us four towels). The facility is old and dark and dingy. Pool and exercise facilities are ok, although there were crumbling tiles in the pool. Overall, would not stay here again.

The check in person didn't even speak to me until I asked where the elevator was. Very rude when I asked time for breakfast. Room floor was dirty as was the bathroom. I will not stay here again. Did not feel safe due to room on backside of hotel in the first floor.
