Rooms are spacious. Location is close to mall and only about 20 minutes away from the heart of Pittsburgh. Great if you don’t want to stay in the middle of the city but still want access. A little dusty/outdated, but decent and the staff was friendly

I liked staying here because the shuttle service. Spending the night to goto the airport for early morning flights is convenient. However, the shuttle was supposed to arrive at 4am to get us to the airport for a 6am flight. It was past 4am and the driver still hadn’t showed and staff could not reach them. I was forced to drive to the airport, waste time parking and then walk the long distance to get to security. I chose the shuttle because I’m disabled and don’t have the privilege of running through the airport if I’m late. Not only did I have to pay for parking but I nearly missed my flight due to poor communication and an untimely driver. I’m upset that I paid to stay at this hotel so that I could park my car for free during my trip but then I had to drive myself to the airport, pay for parking and pay for the hotel. I was very disappointed!
