It says free breakfast but all they offer is waffles, and fruit - All of the juice machines were out, and the bread was stale The beds were the most uncomfortable Ive ever slept in, almost like sleeping on a floor and the pillows had no substance to them what so ever. Only real positive to this hotel is the staff were amazing

The staff was certainly nice, the location was very convenient, and the price was quite low for a hotel (which is why I booked it). The only thing cheaper was a motel or something like a Red Roof Inn. So, I went with a hotel thinking it would be a bit nicer. Microtel really wasn't. The building condition was what you'd expect from an $80-$90 a night motel. So, if low price is your main goal, Microtel is about the same as a motel but costs a little more, so might as well book the motel instead.
