Shower clogged and room spelled pretty bad-asked for a rollaway bed and was told they’d be an extra charge. No lighting in rooms. Pool was nice but that’s about it. Lots of smokers on property..

Basic but not awful

The hotel is basic, the beds are terribly uncomfortable there was water stains on the ceiling carpet felt dirty. The breakfast is basic and in the 5 days we were there never changed up any thing same thing every day. If you need a cheap basic hotel just to sleep go for it.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was helpful. Only downside, in our room (321) the TV was frequently losing volume, a few times every minute.

Everything was very nice, comfortable bed, clean room, nice pool and gym available. On the negative side, the extracter fan in the bathroom didn’t work and not a smart TV. They have Direct TV but there were some satellite issues.

Quick stay and don't care stay here.

Not real impressed, but the reason for this place was the price and pool. We came to this area due to my family reunion. There was so much humidity in the room and there is some mold. The darkening curtain was rip and the walkway lights were shining in the room all night. I took the bed covering and helped darken the room so the kids would sleep. The tub dripped non stop. The radio, you couldn't fix the time so how could any one set an alarm? Not needed anyways. Has the elevator been inspected?? No credentials in the elevator per requirements.

We check into a filthy room .. with dog hair and a chewed dog bone on the floor .. my disabled child almost cut her foot on a beer tab again left from previou Tennant ... the floor was sticky There was also black mold in the bathroom The mini fridge was nasty and nothing was cold it also filled with nasty old water ..

Dirty unsafe accommodations police all over parkin

Filthy bathroon peices of ceiling missing mold all over and 6 police cars in the parking lot when i cameback from dinner. Did not stay either night but went back to check out and request refund which the manager lied and said it wasnt up to him but to hotel l.com which is the exact opposite of what hotel.com is saying. Still not resolved after providing pictures via chat and phone calls to customer service

The hallways smelled, the room smelled, and the air conditioning was on but non existent: it was well over 90 degrees and made for a terrible sleeping experiences. our cards wouldn’t work so we had to go to the lobby twice to get them fixed. No airconditioning in the gym room either. Just overall terrible. Would recommend this hotel to no one.
