Staff was amazing. Room was dirty. Shower was not working when I took a shower. Shower head was lose and water sprayed everywhere in bathroom. Bed frame has not been wiped in out don’t know when. Lots of dirt and pillows had hair. There was also a lingering smell in the hallways.

Our room had an unpleasant smell the whole time. The rest of the hotel had an odor of marijuana in hallways, elevator. People constantly prop back door open so you can get in without a key. It was not stated in the booking process that the kitchentte is completely unstocked and dishes, utensils and cooking supplies must be brought or purchased. I wouldn't book here again. Positives were the gym was nice, the hotel in general was clean. The bed was comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shopping, easy to get to interstates to travel.

Arrived at approximately 8pm and nobody was at the front desk. A handwritten note said to use the lobby phone to call the attendant. Only phone around was in the entryway and it didn’t work, but another note said to call a phone # using your own phone. Someone showed up after a few minutes and finally got a room on the second floor. Elevator didn’t work. Both sinks in the room didnt drain. Kitchen was useless without any amenities. No coffee maker. Floor in bedroom was sticky. Bathroom was less than clean. No breakfast at all.Horrible experience and will never stay in one of these places again!
