We stayed here for New Years Eve and it was lovely. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were nice and hot. The rooms were very clean. We will def be back!

The TVs are not smart, you only have the option of cable and half the channels are in Spanish. Forget about the pool or gym they’re in different building and it’s for sale. For the amount we were charged the hotel was sadly lacking

I visited Berkshire area for Thanksgiving and stayed at the brand new Holiday Inn Express. It was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and pet friendly but also in a great location. The staff were amazing and professional. Over all 10/10 stay. Will definitely stay there again
