Welcome to Villa 332, a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the third floor. The unit is distinguished by its bright, cheerful decoration and practical, flexible layout, creating an inviting and fun atmosphere that perfectly suits a tropical getaway.


Amenity-Focused Location: Situated on the third floor, the unit provides excellent sea views from its private veranda. Guests have immediate, easy access to all the community's high-value amenities, including the beachfront infinity pool, relaxing hot tub, and private 200-foot pier—all just a short walk downstairs.


Unique Unit Features: The main living area is light-filled. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. A valuable feature is the private BBQ grill located directly on the veranda, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining. The flexible layout includes a dedicated loft bedroom.


Access Note: This unit is located on the third floor of a three-story building and requires the use of stairs (no elevator access).

Un-Belize-able Stay at the Cocoplum

We had an amazing stay here in Belize for pur first trip. We chose Placencia for tha laid back and family feel environment with ease of accessibility to all activities and adventures. Beautiful, clean, and well maintained property with nice pool. Thank you for the use of kayaks and SUP. Love the palapa which my husband used to go fishing while I took my naps. We hope to come back for another visit in the future.

Great getaway in Belize

The Villas at Cocoplum sit approximately halfway down the Placencia peninsula. We enjoyed being a bit off the beaten path but with easy access to near-by restaurants, grocery store, and Placencia village. Our condo was clean, fully appointed, well air-conditioned, and perfect for our family of 4. Weather precluded us from using the available kayaks and paddle boards, but we enjoyed cocktails on the dock on several nights. We rented a golf-cart to get around, which was sufficient. We didn't need a car. Highly recommend this location!

Perfect place for our family of 5

We stayed 4 nights and greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the beach, with a pool. The penthouse was very clean, quiet, had comfortable beds and was in a good location. We liked staying a bit away from town, easy golf cart ride to downtown Placencia. Check-in and communication was excellent. We hope to return soon!

Amazing!

Our family of 6 ranging in age from 10 to 66 lived every minutes of our time at Cocoplum. Herbert and Kimberley, along with the ENTIRE team went above and beyond to insure that we had the time of our lives together!The condo was just perfect for the 6 of us and well appointed. The pool as lively and we all just loved the pier to spend time watching sunrises and sunsets. Add paddle boarding and kayaking and the best local food in the Placencia area and you have the perfect family vacation!We will be back! Thank you to all of you at Cocoplum and NAIA for your wonderful hospitality. You all feel like family.

We had the BEST time EVER!!

Belize and Placencia are fabulous, and this was the perfect place from which to enjoy it! The condo was beautiful and so well appointed. The grounds were lovely and superbly maintained. Herbert and Kimberely and the entire onsite staff were wonderfully attentive and kind. We will be here again ... sooner rather than later, if I have anything to say about it!!

Lovely stay

We stayed at Cocoplum for 8 days. The condo was clean, lots of towels and kitchen well-stocked with cooking and serving items. Condo even had a fishing pole and lures which was great fun off the pier. Communication was prompt. Would return. Alvero was a great help and provided suggestions on local tour guides.

Family vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villas at Cocoplum. All of the staff was extremely helpful and had some great recommendations for us! It was great to be able to walk down the beach to the Naia restaurants. We also really loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available to use. The pool was great and the condo itself, beautiful and well equipped. Thank you for a great stay!

Great property, good beach access

First, we love Placencia, this was our second trip in a month there. we loved it so much we brought our kids back to experience the country and culture. The property is very nice, quiet and safe. it is behind a 24 hour guarded gate. Check in was easy. loved the peer on the property. we got to see 3 manatees playing/swim by the peer while we were kayaking. kids loved it, 13 year old son really liked the upstairs loft area.

Excellent! Top notch apartment and host.

First of all, many thanks to Herbert - our gracious host. Your communication and helpfulness made a world of difference as we began our adventure exploring Belize. Prompt responses, on point recommendations, and super easy to coordinate with. Second, the apartment itself was exactly as pictured. Clean. Spacious. Great view. And all the needed amenities including dishwasher, and in suite laundry (with a dryer). I'd highly recommend this unit. It was in the middle unit of 3 buildings, with the patio overlooking the Caribbean and the pool and beach areas. Felt private. The loft upstairs was perfect for our 9 year old to have his own space, and the second bedroom had a full size bunk bed with a twin on top. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Lots of towels, and two full bathrooms. We were not bothered in any way by the construction noise, which was all around Placencia. It wasn't really a bother and didn't obstruct any views. The location itself was quiet in a gated area with security 24/7 so no issues with safety. It took a moment to adjust to the "open" patio but it was super convenient to access the pool and just two flights of stairs to this third floor unit. We just made sure to lock the front and back doors anytime we left the apartment. The pool was clean, the hot tub was perfectly hot and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards. The ONLY negatives I could come up with are the bugs outside and fire ants in the bushes surrounding the property (so bring your bug spray).

The Best!

Herbert made the check in process so easy and he was so welcoming you felt right at home. The condo itself was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked full with every kind of cooking equipment you could need. There is even your own gas grill on the patio! The beds are super comfortable, plenty of towels and extra sheets. Lots of little extras. The property was beautiful!!! The pier has a bar seating area and lounge chairs and is a great place to eat swim and just hang out. The staff is amazing!! So nice!! Gated community and 24 hr security. I thought the location was great.! About 20 minutes into town and within 40 minutes of many attractions including the preserve! Highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!!

Herbert was there to greet us, went well-very nice and helpful. Alvaro (maintenance/grounds) was AMAZING! if you needed something he was there, cannot say enough about him. Access to Naia was nice, great restaurant and spa. We were on the 3rd floor: beautiful views. This property was the closest to photos of any place we've stayed. Yes, there are some little maintenance items that need to be worked on, but nothing outrageous. I am allergic to dust and I did have some problems here. So stripped all bedding (including covers) and washed, Left the mattress open to air and sun, it helped a bit. Not super happy about no bathroom at the pool - up 3 flights every time you needed to use it. The whole peninsula is having issues with sargassum - it made the beach not real swimmable. Belize in general isn't telling people about this, and I guess as the season goes on the locals say it gets worse. The biggest issue I had was we did not know about the construction when we reserved (it is on the listing now) it was loud. Puts a damper on the vacation quite a bit. One day someone was hammering at 4:30 AM (they're not supposed to work that early). I probably would not have reserved had I known about the construction. The kitchen was pretty nicely outfitted, we even had skillets that didn't stick (wonderful for a VRBO). The bed was pretty comfy, plenty of pillows, but could use more throw blankets - I found one in the bedroom. Lots of towels, typical central/South American shower. Not the pressure we have at home, but nice hot water when needed. All appliances worked. We felt perfectly secure here and absolutely never felt anything different on the peninsula.

Delightful!

Herbert did a fantastic job with check in and getting us settled into our villa and Belize. The property and grounds delivered as described. Cerenium and Naia resorts were an easy walk up/down the beach for dining and bar options. We especially enjoyed our private tiki bar on the dock that extended over the water. Construction noise from the adjacent building was a minor annoyance that was easily forgotten with the views. Yes, I would gladly return to this property. Jim P.

First Time to Belize

The property is nice and in a safe area. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for transportation. The staff was great and helped out with all that was asked of them. Looking for a nice place to star in Placencia it is worth a look.
