Welcome to Unit 231, "Pelican," a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo located on the top floor of Building 2. This spacious, bright home offers soothing neutral tones contrasted with beautiful exotic mahogany accents.

Penthouse Views & Veranda: This unit overlooks the stunning tropical grounds, the community pool, and a mile of unspoiled Caribbean beach. The shaded private deck is a massive 300 square feet, offering the perfect space for lounging and outdoor dining with picture-postcard views.

Sleeping & Loft: The unit comfortably sleeps six guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom is a Loft space accessed via a spiral staircase, featuring two Twin-size beds.

Access Note: This condo is located on the third floor of a three-story building and requires the use of three flights of stairs (no elevator access). The loft bedroom within the unit is accessed by a spiral staircase.

Tropical Getaway

Family Friendly Condo on the water with many complementary activities provided!Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 adult children). This third story condo has great views of the beach, Caribbean Sea and pool. The layout is very accommodating and roomy with the master bedroom facing the Caribbean Sea. We woke up every morning to see the amazing view of the water and palm trees during our morning coffee on the balcony. The space was exceptionally clean and neat. We were very comfortable and felt really "at home" there.Complementary paddle boards, sea kayaks, fishing poles, volleyball and cornhole along with easy access for enjoyable/refreshing swimming off the main pier during our 7 day stay. Highly recommend this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the Villas at Cocoplum.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Placencia

I would highly recommend this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the Villas at Cocoplum. This third story condo has great views of the beach, ocean and pool area. The lay out is very accommodating and roomy with the master bedroom facing the ocean view. We woke up every morning to see the amazing view. It was exceptionally clean and neat. We were very comfortable and felt really "at home" there. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it was close to our favorite restaurant, Maya Beach Hotel Bistro and the Cocoplum area is beautiful and quiet. Next time we visit the area we will definitely stay here. Herbert, one of the owners was very attentive to our needs as well.
