Noise travels far and our neighbors are close. *Friendly reminder: our neighbors are not on vacation. They get up early for work and to get their kids to school, so please be respectful.
3. No smoking or vaping in the house. No marijuana or drug use onsite.
4. No EV charging or cryptocurrency mining.
