Rude Assistant Manager/Cleaning needed

Hotel needed a deep cleaning. Hall carpets needed cleaning and floor tiles in bathroom gross. A mistake in the length of my stay was made. They called me twice on a phone number that didn't show the name of the hotel so I didn't answer it. I answered the third call and it was the assistant manager to yell at me for not checking out. I said I was returning my car when I returned to the area and I would take care of it when I returned in several hours. She wanted me to do by 4 p.m . I said I would be returning the car at 6 and would be there after. She said she was giving me until 7 or she was taking my "stuff" and packing it up. I told her she better not threaten me and she better not touch my belongings. I also suggested that she should get some training on how to appropriately handle a situation like this. In addition, I specifically told the man at check in that I was leaving on the morning of the 23rd which would have included the extra day. Then to top it off, because he didn't add the days correctly I had to pay extra because the reduced price wasn't still being offered. The bed was great and the AC and heat worked very well. Everyone else was delightful.
