We liked the third level, because the rooms were only accessed internally as opposed to the other two levels that have access directly from street level….motel vibes. Still felt like a safe and quiet area, but just a preference thing. We were asked what level we wanted and chose the third. Rooms were clean and plenty of space! Breakfast was mid, but the juice selection was great and fresh.

Stayed here in 2023 and loved it. This last stay though was mediocre at best, it was a room and that’s about it. Last time I traveled alone and was out in a very spacious sized room that was located in a inside hallway, however this trip I traveled with my wife for our honeymoon and I booked the same room type as last time and was put in a tiny cramped room. The door was outside facing the parking lot and there was a tiny gap between the door and the wall so every morning I was woke up to the smell of someone smoking weed in the parking lot. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so when you pooped, the whole room smelled.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The hotel could use a little bit of a facility update and we had some issues with noise with guests in the room next door. Otherwise, a good stay and good value.

The amount of noise of people running up down the hall slamming if the doors, definitely did not feel safe. The latch on the door did not lock had to put a chair underneath the door handle (super ghetto) had to protect myself

Stayed for 3 days in March of 2025. Easy check in and friendly staff. The area and property were clean and easy to access. The rooms were clean and serviced every day. I had to have a scooter dropped off and picked up and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The continental breakfast was good also. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

This Quality Inn property is super clean and new! Like a shiny penny it stands out from the competition! We have stayed at over half dozen places in and around Disney and this is by far the cleanest and best of the affordable options near the park. Most of the affordable options are deplorable! They usually have many things needing repair and are always extremely dirty. But this Quality Inn is SUPER clean and delivers 5 star quality at 2 star prices! The breakfast, customer service, room cleanliness, parking are all excellent, amazing and superb! I will definitely stay here again. Aloha and Mahalo, Snowman

This was by far the best Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. The room was spacious and clean! Lots of room for a family to rest and relax after a day at Disney. Beds were comfy but my wife says the pillows were too soft. Lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Beds and floors were clean and newer looking. I also did some laps in the pool as well! Breakfast in the morning was delicious especially the waffles and eggs and biscuits and gravy. Short uber ride to the park. Manager Vivian? Checked us in and she was amazing! Pleasant and informative! Lots of parking spots and easy in and out of the parking lot. I do wish it was closer to Disneyland. That’s the only thing lacking at this hotel. Mahalo and Aloha, Snowman

Nice stay

2 night stay, king room. Basic accommodations, Good value for the money. Clean and comfortable. Had a room on 1st floor, people above us walked around ALL night and could hear them. Otherwise a quiet stay. Nice complimentary breakfast with hot and cold items. Heated outdoor pool. Small fitness center, but did the trick. Laundry facility on site. Overall a good stay and would stay there again

Excellent stay! Front desk was very friendly!! Room was very comfy! Bed and pillows were very comfy! Room had a microwave and fridge. Room and bathroom were very clean. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were not good. They were watered down. So other than the eggs... I would rate a 10+

The area was good and convenient for where we wanted to go. The breakfast was real good and filling. Only issue was the door to the bathroom was always getting in the way, bad design. We stayed three nights and ran out of shampoo the first day and it was not refilled. When room was made up each day they should have checked and we kept forgetting to tell the staff. Overall it was really good.
