The split floor plan offers a nice level of privacy. Decompress in the soaker tub or sit pool side in the screened in lanai soaking in the sunshine. Great house and great location

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Great access to Boca, beautiful neighborhood and wonderful pool to clean me home to. We would definitely book again.

Relaxing home from home

Beautiful Villa in a lovely area. Close to Boca Grande where the sea is warm and beaches quiet. We had great fun exploring by renting a golf cart for the day. The villa had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. Comfortable bed and pool area extremely private, quiet and peaceful . We did have a problem with the air conditioning but on contacting the rental company they reacted immediately and an engineer was there the same day to fix it. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year
