All Great BUT Awoken 2x, 3 hours prior to checkout

My only complaint was that despite a 12:00 check out time and “Do Not Disturb Sign”, house keeping loudly tapped on the door ( 6x each time) beginning at 9am and an hour or so later. They continued to tap until we woke/verbally responded, each time. I had the alarm set and was prepared to leave at check out time ( and did) but would have preferred a restful morning and that staff respected the “Do not disturb” sign. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, room was clean and amenities were appreciated. All staff were friendly.The breakfast was delicious!

I'm are in the Homewood hotel different time and is very pretty everything is perfect the front desk personal are helpful people the rooms is perfect cleaner and the food is the most impressive different menu and have of everything to you it I'm recommending you use hotel.com and Homewood hotel for stay

Nice hotel, but....

The suite was very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower needed a new diverter. The air conditioning in the fitness center was broken and it was 75° in there with no air circulation. I got queasy from the heat and as I stepped off the treadmill, ended up in the floor. I saw a podiatrist who said I sprained my foot. The hotel staff propped the door open to the fitness center, but it didn't help. They need to fix the air conditioning.
