The unit features a nice back porch with a large, flat back yard great for outdoor games (corn hole, ladder ball & other games available for rent).

Come check out the best wings in the country just 5 minutes away. Walking distance to one of New England’s top breweries.

30 second drive to Queen St with TONS of restaurants!

This house features a fresh new kitchen with high end appliances, central air conditioning, forced hot air, vaulted ceilings in the living room and a Tray ceiling in the giant master bedroom. The back porch overviews a giant backyard with lots of room for kids to play or even have a nice picnic! (Fire pit coming soon)

We will simply give you a keypad code to unlock the doors to make check-in effortless! A welcome letter will be sent the night before or day of arrival.

The neighborhood has low a low volume of traffic but do not suggest letting kids play anywhere but the back yard because this is not a cul de sac.

There will be a tenant most likely downstairs so please keep it down to a minimum after 10:30pm on week nights and 11:30pm on weekends. Also, the thermostat is locked due to abuse so please let me know if you’d like an adjustment and I’m happy to accommodate if it’s reasonable :)
- NO SHOES IN HOUSE

- Quiet hours are 10:30pm on weeknights and 11:30pm on weekends.

- Thermostat is locked at 68 degrees but can possibly be adjusted upon request

- Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.

- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.

- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.

- Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review.

- Absolutely no unwarranted parties allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of a party will result in eviction.

- Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.

- ⁠We have a NO VISITOR POLICY. No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.

- Due to health concerns with future guests, no emotional support or service animals are allowed at this home. No exceptions.

Host reserves the right for photo identification from all guests upon request prior to booking

If you generate more than 2 noise complaints you will forfeit your entire security deposit.

If there’s a party, underage drinking, any sign of drug use in or around the property you will lose your entire security deposit.

UN-APPROVED LATE CHECKOUT WILL RESULT IN A $50/HR FEE IN 1 HOUR INCREMENTS AT THE START OF EACH HOUR WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 HOURS. ANY STAY LATER THAN 2 HOURS RESULTS IN A $500 ADDITIONAL FEE. They do not wait around for you and will need to be paid for their time. If you’d like the possibility for a late checkout please ask at least 24 hrs prior.

IF YOU DO NOT ABIDE BY THE CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS AND THE HOUSE IS LEFT WITH EXCESSIVE CLEANING FOR MY CLEANING CREW YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF $100 AND UP TO $500 DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY RATING FROM 1-10 DETERMINED BY MYSELF OR AIRBNB INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: A MASS OF DIRTY DISHES, INDOOR/OUTDOOR MESSES, CONFETTI OR SOMETHING SIMILAR, SPILLS, PET MESSES (IF APPLICABLE), ETC...

If you forget something and need it to be mailed there is a $20 charge + cost of shipping.

Odd and watch out for porch pirates

Had an amazon package delivered, Amazon sent a picture on the porch, but the package wasn't there when we checked. I asked the property manager to check the doorbell camera and they said they would, twice - no further replies.There is an "apartment" downstairs off the laundry room that has a locked door to the inside.... feels strange. The wording in the house rules are harsh and aggressive. Personally, I would not return.

Great alternative to hotel rooms

We were in Connecticut for our nephew's wedding and the house was an excellent alternative to getting hotel rooms. Roomy and comfortable, it made for a great stay and allowed for fun mealtime conversations and visits from local family members.

Property- newly redone & immaculate. Quiet residential street.Kitchen has adequate dishes, cookware etc. There were no extras-no condiments,coffee, etc.There were 3 beds, not 4 as shown on listing. . Only 3 beds, not 4 as shown on website.

Springtime in Connecticut

The house was clean and comfortable. I had only planned on being there a few days but after a death in the family, I needed to extend my stay. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the outside porch space.
