The window was wide open when I got into the room. I went to the bathroom and the hand towel was visibly stained with dirt - I went to throw it in the floor so I wouldn’t have to look at it and this strong smell of urine emanated from the hand and face towels - I mean very strong. I was so shocked. The sheets looked reasonably clean so I used to the pillowcases to dry myself - never again.

The woman who made the breakfast was incredibly friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and said she brought extra knowing the hotel was full bc of a concert.

Place was very clean and quiet. Only downside they didn’t have vending machines and all the gas stations were about 3miles or more away. It was close to the Gillette Stadium. We took an uber there and it wasn’t expensive.

They are undergoing renovations (summer 2025), so there's some extra dust and activity around. But the rooms are clean and the updates are well done. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. It's 15 minutes from Gillette Stadium, 5 from a casino. Good value for the price.

Stayed here from NC for the Morgan Wallen concert. The hotel is undergoing some restoration improvements so not everything is complete yet. We got one of the “new” rooms and it was nicely done and we appreciated the cleanliness upon arrival. Staff at the front desk was very attentive and allowed us to check in a few hours early so we could head to the stadium. Check out was a breeze as well so all in all a very good experience. We would definitely stay there again if we head back that way for an event.
