The Buffet de la Gare, whose foundations date back to 1830, is a testament to a rich historical past. Between 1926 and 1930, this building underwent significant transformations to welcome travelers of the railway line. Its exterior has retained all the charm of yesteryear, evoking a nostalgic glimpse into the golden age of rail travel.



In the past, the building housed a restaurant, a bar, a hotel, as well as lodgings for railway workers.



A Picturesque Setting in the Heart of Périgord Pourpre

Located in the Périgord Pourpre, renowned for its vineyards and medieval bastides, the gîte is the perfect starting point for exploring the region’s treasures. Enjoy numerous cultural and sporting activities, and discover iconic castles such as Bridoire, Monbazillac, and Lanquais.

The gîte, air-conditioned and adjoining the owners' house, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. You will have access to a shared 500 m² garden (unfenced) at the rear of the house, as well as a private terrace at the front, allowing you to fully enjoy the surroundings.

First floor:

Two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a modular double bed (160x200 cm). A modern bathroom with a shower cabin and WC completes the sleeping area.
