Villa de la Desirade in a beautiful quiet location in the center of Plan de la tour with a large enclosed garden of 1600 m2 and stunning views of the mountains. A wonderful swimming pool with pool house at your disposal with several sun beds. Garden furniture and Weber gas barbecue on a covered terrace for outdoor dining and enjoyment. A washing machine at the rear of the house. Also a large lawn where children can run around in the fenced garden and play equipment. Upon arrival a gate with ample parking on site. A bright house with balcony ceiling in the living room, dining area, sofa and TV. Large open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need. At the rear of the house 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower, bath and sink. Separate toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and doors to the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double bed and single bed with cupboards. Each room has air conditioning. Enough space for 2 families or for example family with grandparents. From the house you can walk straight to the center of the charming wine village of Plan de la Tour with o. A. Bakers, shops, restaurants, bank and cafes. On every Thursday morning market with fresh local produce. Within minutes the charming seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime with even more shops, restaurants, boulevard, casino and lots of beaches and beautiful bays. The famous Saint-Tropez 25 minutes away with a nice busy market every Tuesday and Saturday morning. An environment where there is so much to see and do for a wonderful beach holiday and / or active / sporting holiday!
