Welcome to the Pigeonnier 2 !



You are between 4 and 6 people, you are looking for a holiday home to enjoy your stay with your family on the French Riviera, in a quiet and secure environment, with swimming pool and garden, close to the village shops, this charming house will be the ideal accommodation!



It is in Plan-De-La-Tour, a Provencal village that has kept its authenticity, that Le Pigeonnier 2 is located!

The house is 200m from the shops: bakeries, butcher's, newspaper, post office, mini-markets, restaurants and typical bistrots, weekly market under the plane trees).



Located in a secure residence with collective swimming pool and paddling pool, this air-conditioned house equipped with wifi offers you all the necessary comfort:

On the ground floor:

- A dining room with living room opening onto a first terrace shaded in the afternoon.

- A second terrace facing south, with a garden of 100m² bordered by hedges.

- An American kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, hob, ...)

- Separate toilet



Upstairs:

- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage furniture.

- A bedroom with two single beds (190 cm) and storage furniture, opening onto a balcony.

- One bedroom with two bunk beds (90 cm) and storage furniture

- A bathroom with toilet



Air conditioning :

Upstairs you will find 2 units: one in the master bedroom and one in the balcony room. The 3rd bedroom is cooled by leaving the doors open.

In the downstairs living room one unit is present.



Ideal geographical location :

For the more sporty or to enjoy a walk and admire the landscape, appreciate the hills, the Plan-de-la-Tour is the starting point for beautiful hikes in the surrounding countryside.

For the happiness of the youngest, the accrobranche park "Aventure Famille" and the water park "Aqualand" are only 7 km away.

Petanque lovers will have a great time on the numerous petanque courts in the village!

And many animations are organized throughout the summer!



The beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Nartelle are about 15 minutes away, and the ideal is to reach Saint-Tropez by boat thanks to the shuttles located on the port of Sainte-Maxime.



In Sainte-Maxime, take advantage of water activities: snorkeling, scuba diving, water skiing, jet skiing, shuttle boats to Saint-Tropez, Provencal markets, lively evenings, casino and children's activities throughout the summer season.

Any week started is due. (the package remains the same for stays of less than a week).

Beyond one week, same principle, any week started is due.

Payment will be made on arrival.
