We offer you this air-conditioned house, located 5 minutes walk from the center of the village of Plan de La Tour, with private swimming pool of 10 x4 m, and all surrounding furniture, which can accommodate up to 6 people.



Composition of the house:

A living room/living room with fireplace, opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, toaster, capsule and filter coffee maker, microwave, citrus press, kettle, cookware) with access to the outside in the garden.

From a back kitchen.

A shower room with WC.

Near the living/dining room, two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and bathroom with a sink.

A separate toilet.



Upstairs:

1 bedroom with 180cm bed and its shower room, 1 sink and WC. This room has a small terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the hills of Plan de La Tour

This house decorated with antique furniture is a very quiet, secluded place, despite its proximity to the village.

You will be able to enjoy this magnificent swimming pool, lying on the deckchairs in the sun, which due to the location of the house at height, will offer you a splendid view of the hills of the Plan de la Tour.

You will take your meals on the terrace, protected from the sun by its awning.

A plancha is at your disposal for your grills. (barbecue prohibited due to drought), as well as an outdoor fridge.

Possibility of parking along the private driveway which leads to the house for at least 6 cars.

Optional:

For your stay, you want bed and bathroom linen (not included in the rental), possibility of renting a kit charged at 30 euros per person per week, any week started is due. Payment on the day of arrival.
