Beautiful house on Lake Rathbun with in-ground pool & 50-amp camper hookup

Our house has an in ground pool and features 3 queen sized bedrooms plus a spacious living room with 2 sofa/sleepers and a basement family room with 1 sofa & 2 recliners. We have 3 additional air mattresses stored in a closet for your use as well (2) queen and (1) twin size. Also, the basement has a nice office area and bar/entertaining area for all of our guest with walk out basement to enjoy. We have a very large deck around 3/4 of our house so you can view the lake anytime day or night. It features a Charcoal BBQ grill and furniture as well as a ceiling fan for those hot days. We have added an in-ground swimming pool this year as well. We’re located within 1/2 mile of the OHV Park and we’re within 1/2 mile of a boat ramp where you can enjoy fishing, boating etc. amazing place for Eagle Watching. We have several amenities for you to enjoy while staying at our house. We now offer a 50-amp camper hookup for an additional $50.00/night fee. Bring your pet for $100.00/stay fee.

Very easy check in. Pool was great. The house was clean and furniture was nice. The kitchen appliances are clean and worked great. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for preparing all types of dishes. If planning a trip to Lake Rathbun I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious home, Wonderful Pool

The pictures don't do this place justice. The house is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the huge deck and took advantage of the very clean, heated pool. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The only suggestion would be putting some darker curtains on the windows in the upstairs bedrooms, the sun had us up pretty early. Overall this was the perfect place for our girl's weekend and we would definitely stay again!

Our family was looking for a place close to Lake Rathbun that would allow us to all be together. What a wonderful spot we found! The pool is perfect, ample towels provided! Check in and out was a breeze! Plenty of space to park the boat at night. Wonderful!!!! Allowed the grandkids space and time to be with Grandma and Grandpa; what a blessing!

Great stay but was very disappointed after our stay

The house was great. The location was great. But after picking up the house and following all rules and leaving we got blamed for air plugs on mattresses missing and a blender broke. We never used the air mattress nor did we ever use the blender. Very disrespectful. Can not give 5 stars and will not be back.

Perfect spot - attended wedding at Emerald Hills Event Center

Great location for wedding held at emerald hills event center. Easy drive to get gas, groceries…etcThe house was very clean and comfortable. The wrap around deck was wonderful. We used the grill and it worked great. Our dogs loved the large yard. We played bocce ball, corn hole and sat around the pool. It was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped and user friendly! The basement is great set up with small bar and the outdoor access makes it so easy for dogs. There were 6 of us plus 2 dogs and we had more than enough room! We had absolutely everything we needed for an excellent week! Thank you so much Joiners for our stay!!

Guys Fishing Trip

We rented this house to accommodate 8 guys. The house had plenty of room for all of us and was in a great location. Plenty of room for parking 4-6 boats. Would highly recommend this property to others. Pool was not open in early May which was fine for us.

Fish on!!

Very nice place with lots of room. Will definitely stay again and looking forward to the pool being done. Host were very helpful and made us feel welcomed into their home. (cookies and wine were awesome) Only negative was being charged a cleaning fee but asked to do dishes, laundry, etc.
