WiFi and air conditioning in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Anna Maria has 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor. On the ground floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a large bed with a private bathroom and in the other 2 bedrooms there are 2 single beds in each with a shared large bathroom. There are also two single beds with a private bathroom on the first floor. The villa has a very large living room and a dining room overlooking the sea as well as a kitchen fully equipped with utensils, electrical appliances and a dishwasher. On the large balcony there is a large table to enjoy your breakfast and the beautiful view of the sea and the pool. The huge private pool (5m×10m) that the villa has is ideal for swimming and moments of relaxation while the large outdoor area with the lawn predisposes you to moments of calm and play. The villa also has a barbecue.
