Mabech Villa

Mabech Villa is a contemporary paradise found in the beautiful village of Metochi sitting among olive groves, facing out toward the Mediterranean. There are uninterrupted and spectacular sea and sunset views and a large, modern, lined swimming pool & jacuzzi.
A 10 minute walk to Maleme town, a 7 minute drive to the seaside resort of Platanias with its many shops, tavernas & bars, and a 15 minute drive to the beautiful Venetian Harbour city of Chania. Falasarna Beach/Elafonisi 25 mins/one hour.
The space
The extensive lawned garden offers guests access to the 50m2 swimming pool with a large non-slip tiled pool surround and a jacuzzi. The large decking and terrace areas give plenty of space for comfortable seating, loungers and relaxation making this a wonderful location to eat, rest and play, or for cooking enthusiasts, barbecue fine Cretan food.

The front garden offers secure multiple parking in an attractive large paved area flanked by olive trees which are lit at night.

The interior on the ground floor comprises an open plan living room with comfortable seating, a kitchen and dining area which can accommodate six people. The villa has three well proportioned double bedrooms. On the ground floor is a shower room and two bedrooms, each having their own private outdoor areas, both with lovely views. One with a king-size bed, the other with twin beds. The master bedroom on the first floor has a super king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony offering spectacular views across the Bay of Chania as well as a large sun-trap terrace.

There is a cot (up to 15kg) and high chair available on request.

The villa is well equipped with a smart TV with access to Netflix and a DVD player and range of DVDs. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, Delonghi Nespresso coffee maker and NutriBullet.

Whilst there is a pebble beach, shops and tavernas within walking distance we recommend a car to make the most of the wide array of places to visit and enjoy.

For those interested in trecking and outdoor activities, the villa is well situated for access to the gorges of Samaria and Theriso and Crete’s spectacular mountains. The airport of Chania is a 35-40 minute drive away.

There is full access to the internet internally and by the pool.

Access to the villa on arrival is via the key safe. A welcome pack will be waiting for you and a guest book giving many details about the property, area, facilities and contact numbers.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and a hot tub. This villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.

This Platanias villa is smoke free.
