Modern villa with infinity pool close to the sea

Villa Sofia is a recently renovated modern villa, just 5 minute drive from the beach at Tavronitis. The villa is located in the village of Polemarchi. While temperatures in Crete can get very high during the summer months, Villa Sofia is perfectly positioned on a hill, away from the heat of the city centre. The villa accommodates 8 people comfortably and with two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, it is perfect for two families wanting to spend a holiday together.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one master en suite and the other room has two singles which can be put together to form a double bed. There is a private bathroom next to this bedroom. Downstairs there is one room with bunk beds and one room with a queen size bed - these rooms share a bathroom with a shower and bath. There is also a cot available if required. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Guests have full sole access to the whole house, pool and grounds. We have recently planted a herb garden and several fruit trees which should soon be mature enough for guests to pick their own lemons, peaches, thyme, oregano and more!

Free wi-fi is available throughout the villa.
There is an outdoor private car parking for two cars.

To keep Villa Sofia environmentally friendly, we offer cleaning and change of linen/towels at the beginning of your rental period and weekly thereafter.

If you require these services more often, please let us know but keep in mind that there will be an extra charge of 100 euros per visit.

It is best if you hire a car during your stay. Tavronitis beach is usually very quiet though not suitable for young children, but it is perfect for those who love to swim in the sea. The house is about a 20-minute drive from Chania centre and well positioned for day trips to the Southern and Western beaches.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
