A modern and new flat with balcony, 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom, and all modern amenities for your comfort and relaxation. This 120m2 home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in two double bedrooms, one master with king sized bed and sea view, one twin that can be joined to double and one extra person in the sofa bed.
There is an open space living room with two sofas, 75’ smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances.
The dining table and chairs can accommodate up to six persons. Kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, are all available. There is one main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Towels, shampoo, soap are provided.
