With immediate access to the shoreline, this apartment offers the perfect setting for a relaxed Cretan escape close to the water.
This well-appointed 60 square meter apartment offers a harmonious blend of simplicity and functionality, with inviting interiors and a view of the shared pool area. Ideal for families or small groups, it provides a relaxed home base for exploring the natural beauty and local culture of Crete’s northern coast.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds, accommodating up to four guests. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower adds ease and convenience to your stay, with fresh, clean finishes throughout.
Natural light and a soft color palette enhance the sense of space, creating a bright and calming environment. The open-plan living area connects with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing light meals or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
