Gite du Marais - Plateau D'hauteville

In the heart of the hamlet of Saint Sulpice, in the commune of Plateau d'Hauteville, the single-story Gîte du Marais (45m²) is located on the ground floor of the house, with a private, independent terrace. This cottage has been renovated to offer you a bright, comfortable stay with quality materials. There is a private parking space in front of the cottage. The main entrance opens onto a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a high table and lounge area. A hallway leads off it to a separate toilet, a shower room, and two bedrooms, with direct access to the private terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with a 140x190cm bed, and the second bedroom has a 90x190cm bed and a second 90x200cm bed. The cottage has a private laundry room in the hallway shared with other rentals (washing machine and dryer, as well as a space for ski storage). The best part about this cottage: everything is included - beds are made upon arrival, towels, and utilities are included. Upstairs, above the cottage, there are two apartments. Come and discover the newly restored Marais de Vaux, with its 160 listed plant species (carnivorous plants, orchids, etc.) and its 900-meter stilted interpretive trail for exciting new discoveries. For young and old, for a weekend or a longer stay, there are many nature activities to enjoy: hiking and mountain biking trails, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing. This accommodation does not accept stays for business reasons.
