With easy self-check-in and your own private off-street parking spot, arriving is simple and stress-free. Walk just five minutes to see the Downtown Plattsburgh Monument, enjoy scenic trails along the Saranac River, or relax by the beautiful Lake Champlain.

There are train tracks near the property that create a potential for noise. The train honks a horn as it passes through Plattsburgh. Most people have no problem with the noise, but we want to make sure guests are aware! This might also be a safety concern for those with small children.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
1) Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available due to the limited time we have in between reservations. A late check-out may result in a $50 fee.

2) Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Recurring noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $100 fee.

3) Please notify us of any damages to the unit.
