Checking in was very easy and the clerk was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat. The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the shower as it had very good pressure and consistent temperature. The only thing that was odd was the vibrations in the elevator. It was weird. Anyway, we slept well and enjoyed our stay.

This property has so many problems 1. The phones were not properly working in room, preventing any communication with the desk unless physically going down. (The GM, Kevin, said they are changing systems) I’ve never been to a hotel without proper phones, 2. The outside is under construction, the inside elevator is in the worst condition, you feel like you’re going to fall. 3. The heat is not working at the this hotel, we were arrived to a room with blasting heat and the window open, after closing the window and turning off the heat the heat wouldn’t turn back on, there’s no one to help, they moved us to another room and that rooms heat took 3 to even start working. 4. The staff and GM are awful. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel this is not it. 5. Rooms were filthy and had dead bugs in corners. This hotel should not be running.

The pool was in nice shape and looks like some care was taken in there. Room was clean and in good shape. The elevator is scary, bounces and grinds...Definitely needs repair. The staff are always very nice.

Hotel getting a face lift. Always good to make it look better. Have stayed a few times here. Unfortunately, there was there was no hot water for shower. Also, could use new mattresses on beds. Otherwise stay was average.

Finish renovations before lodging people in room

The room I was in looked like it had some recent renovations but there still were some things that needed to be completed. They shouldn't use those room until everything is done. Oh and the heating system needs to be addressed.
