This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lovely condo, fresh, clean with very comfortable spaces less than 2 kms from Xcalacoco Beach which is located next to the Azul Fives Hotel very well located 5 minutes from the 5th Avenue, in complex with 24 hours security easy access, with pharmacies and shopping centers a couple of miles away, private parking.
There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and utensils for cooking.
There is also a washing machine. Condo is provided with plenty of clean towels, and sheets and basic cleaning products.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of Gran Coyote Golf. Enjoy your stay with amenities like 2 bathrooms in the condo.
