Your luxurious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium includes 1 King bed and 2 double beds. Your rental also includes a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils and a laundry area.



For connectivity, high-speed wireless Internet has been installed throughout the unit. Additionally, all televisions are smart TVs so you can watch many of your favorite programs.



Right next to the living room and master bedroom is a large balcony equipped with a jacuzzi & BBQ.



In terms of location, you are only a 2-minute walk from Playa Mamitas, one of the most popular beach clubs in Playa del Carmen. A wide variety of shopping and dining options are also just a 2-minute walk away on 5th Avenue. This 2-mile-long pedestrian boulevard is just around the corner.

Relax, recharge, and enjoy Playa in a home away from home.

Great location. Two blocks away from 5a Avenida. Quiet and comfortable with front desk receptionists 24 hours. Parking included! Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful rooftop pool. Peaceful and cozy. I liked everything about the property!
