The location is perfect for party animals. Right on 5th ave. with public parking nearby. Staff were nice, but the doorknob to the bathroom was broken and the TV could not pick up a signal.

The building could be cleaned better. Especially the main floor when guests come in. The cleaning ladies up stairs are wonderful. The staff overall need to learn more English. Example- fork, knife, spoon, toast. Simple things. We should not be told rudely to do the translation app for Simple things. There are enough English speaking people that come to your hotel. Shopping was very expensive this year.

The music from the hotel’s bar was SUPER loud - the walls were vibrating until around 2:30 AM. It was impossible to rest or fall asleep. It was pretty fun. I stayed here for a month. There was always something to do around the corner. I enjoyed how convenient it was. And you were right around on fifth so you can hear and see all the activities and not be too far from them. And they had a great restaurant called La Tierra underneath.
