Unit has everything you need for your comfortable stay, balcony with patio furniture. Just a great place to stay. Brand new build in 2017 studio with fully equipped kitchen in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. The most convenient location you can imagine. 4 blocks 7 minutes walk to the beach and 5th Avenue with hundreds of shops and restaurants. Supermarket across the street, restaurants all around.
