A beautiful brand new home, close to everything you'd want or need in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. 5 mins to Plaza de las Americas, 5 mins to 5th Avenue, 8 minutes to the beach. Close to all shopping malls, attraction parks etc. Access to the residences sports club that offers - pool, gym, kids play room, play park, BBQ area, basketball court, pet park! The home is pet friendly, fully furnished with A/C. 2 Bedrooms (one King size bed , room 2 has bunk beds consisting of a double and single bed.) Both bedrooms are en suite with complete shower room. The house consists of 3 bathrooms, one in each bedroom and a communal one downstairs. The house really is beautiful, with all installations you could need. It has Sky installed for tv and wifi use.
