The house is located a few blocks away from the Mamitas's Beach. CasaBella is located 5 min WALKING distance from 5th Ave and 12 min beachwalking distance.

A quiet, peaceful neighborhood; if you're looking to unwind after a day filled of adventures, come enjoy one of our hammocks by the pool, you won't have any complaints of loud noises. We are located 5 minutes walking distance to 5th avenue and 12 minutes beachwalking distance.

La Quinta Avenida is the most popular street to be on in Playa del Carmen, parallel with the shore it features several blocks filled with restaurants, live music, incredible performances, and tons of souvenir shops. Located near is the Parque Los Fundadores, a symbolic seaside park with beautiful sculptures, a kid’s playground and traditional Mayan dance performances. Luckily for the guest staying at CasaBella, you are only a few minutes walking distance to La Quinta Avenida. Although we highly recommend checking this area out, we know many people love exploring less populated spots and getting the authentic Mexico experience. We had a great stay with our family here. The individual bedroom set up with their own bathroom makes it so everybody has their own space, but there is a nice gathering spot on the roof under the Palapa near the plunge pool. the location walking distance from fifth Avenue is perfect for us. The hostess was attentive and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great day thank you.
