We had a very pleasurable experience overall. Had a few issues at the beginning of the stay. There is very tight parking so if your in a larger vehicle you should consider this. The second story has a washer and dryer that wasn't listed overall. One of the bedrooms on the second floors air conditioning did not really ever get cold making the room warm and stuffy. If you are renting multiple floors on the property understand also that each floor is set up as an individual living space with it's own kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms. They are connected with a shared stairwell. The only other issue is that there were no towels provided for the showers. There were small hand towels but no larger ones. I'd recommend the property if you want close access to quinta avenida and the Cozumel ferry or food options.
