CRAZY LOUD CONSTRUCTION -- BEWARE !

2 Negatives #1 -- Construction is INSANELY LOUD in the area so if you plan on sleeping in after 8am you will be woken up by Jack Hammers and Pounding that makes it feel like your Teeth #2 -- they want a $350us Damage Deposit which is Totally Un-Necessary! Other than that the place was great you are 3 blocks from the beach and 15 min walk to Everything you need !
