June 2026 very recent START WITH BROKEN TOILET SET, I SLIPPED OFF THEN REMOTES FOR AC NEEDED HELP THEN SHOWER, FLOODED THE ENTIRE ROOM , WORST NO WARM TO HOT WATER THEY AGREEED. AND WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX HOT WATER TANK ADVISED TO USE ANOTHER ROOM ALSO NO HOT WATER,' PAST UPSET MY ROOM THEY DID NOTHING AND AGAIN COLD SHOWER NOT EVEN WARM , FORGET HOT. THEY DID NOTHING AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND ME. EXCEPT YES YES ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN , SERVICE WAS HORIBLE FOR A 9.4 EXCEPTIONAL RATING , MORE LIKE ....
