Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
These people are scammers, they advertise themselves being in Coco Beach but they're NOT. Once you pay for the booking then they give you the address, which is no where near 5th Ave or Coco Beach. This location is secluded from everything and very difficult to find. Please save your money and headaches and DON'T stay here. I don't understand how Expedia doesn't investigate scammers they allow to advertise through them. Highly dissatisfied with Expedia as well for NOT taking care of the issue and their loyal customers.
