The staff really make this place. Overall the stay was great. The only things I'd say were annoying was the AC and the in room laundry were extremely loud. Also the connected restaurant downstair will gouge you terribly and the food is not great.

If you are going for a beach and pool keep looking. The pools are small the beach is nonexistent the hot tub is not heated. We were offered a golf cart ride to a beach but never did it. The front desk lady was very aloof and dismissive. Accommodations are nice. If you plan on not spending time at the resort then this is the place.
