Dirty, not clean at all don’t even provide you with the blanket then at the end of the stay they try to charge you $20 for a towel that has a little tiny bit of makeup on it. I would not recommend this place way overpriced. It should be like $40 a night.

Ni siquiera logramos "hospedarnos" Nos cobraron un seguro que no sirvió de nada. Al llegar al hotel me salieron con que Expedia y Booking sobrevenden habitaciones y ellos ya tenian rato mandando personas a otros hoteles. El caso es que no pudimos quedarnos y no había en ningún otro lado.

Room was relatively clean upon arrival. We had to ask after our 3rd day if someone could clean our room, fresh towels and bed linen. Most hotels have a card that you can place in the door (do not disturb/please clean room). No bar fridge in the room which wasn’t great at all. The street is busy which made sleeping in a little later next to impossible.

They were welcoming when my booking with vrbo fell through. Unfortunately parking on the street across the hotel our vehicle was towed, no no-parking sign.

No privacy and no hot water

I booked this hotel after doing multiple others across Mexico and this was not a good experience. First of all, the shower was cold and the receptionist didn’t offer to change us to another room after explaining that it happens in some of the rooms of the hotel. I had to take 2 cold stone showers. Bed was small but ok. Sheets were really slim and no option to have something more blankety. Privacy is horrible as the house keeping lady entered the room WITHOUT knocking on the door in the morning before check out time while we were intimate in the bed ! Had been traveling in a lot of country including one where the living standard is kinda poor like Haiti or Zimbabwe and this was one of the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever been so far.
