The staff was friendly. The door lock on my room didn’t work upon arrival, but the front desk agent promptly moved me to a different room after I informed her. The location is good, with a great birria taco spot around the corner. The bed was comfortable; however, the bathrooms were not very clean and there was little to no water pressure. Good room for the price and the staff were friendly.

This hotel is in a great location, right on fifth Avenue. It’s set back in away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the street. I would definitely stay there again. Rooms are pretty bare bones, which is fine. One important factor is that there is a very strong chemical smell from the cleaning products used. If you’re someone who is sensitive to that kind of thing don’t stay here. The staff was really kind and friendly. 24 hour person at the desk. Coffee shop across the street opens at 7:15 AM. Safe and good enough. Would stay again.

The hotel was in a great location. Staff was very friendly, the only downside i had was my bathroom was damp very strong drainage smell. Mould on the walls and around the shower, their needs to be a window or some kind of ventilation. My whole room just smelt of mould.

Small pool was excellent. Hotel is right on Quinta Ave, so location was good. People were friendly. There was a little construction going on. Had hot water once in three days. Only 2 cocharoaches in 3 days Also some cosmetic issues, crack tiles, paint splatter. But was pretty good

The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful, though there was a bit of a language barrier. With the help of a translation app we were able to get the info I needed. It is located right on 5 ste that is walk-able with lots of restaurants and shops. It didn't get a 5 star rating because they could use newer beds with better support.
