I regularly travel from Canada to PDC for business and, deceived by the advertising in Expedia, I booked this facility that in the pictures showed OK and at a reasonable price. But as the saying goes: Cheap things turn out expensive in the end. The hotel is dirty, there are no elevators, the bathroom is full of mold, the shower heads sprinkle water in any other direction but yours, they advertise through Expedia “Free parking Service” and the hotel does not offer such a service, forcing you to park on the street with the risk of your car to get stolen; and, to top the bad things: there are cockroaches in the rooms.

Loved the room. Was perfect for the price. Clean, great location, really good price for a full week. Friendly staff, easy check in, good wifi all around great. Not a five star hotel but a really good hotel that gives you everything you need and leaves you with no complaints.

This hotel has mixed reviews but the price was reasonable so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately our experience reflected the lower ratings. We booked through Expedia where check-in was stated as 2:00 p.m.; however when we arrived we were told we could not check in until 3:00 p.m. The room we got was on the top floor. There were stains on bed sheets and towels. Wi-fi did not work in the room. We asked if we could switch rooms. We were told there are no rooms available for next 2 days. We were told their wi-fi works fine, the problem is our phones. Luckily there was a different receptionist in the morning. She switched us to a room on first floor where the wi-fi iwas stronger. One issue solved; however the new room also had stains on sheets and towels. As for location, this hotel is about 10 - 15 minute walk from the Main Street. ADO turistica bus stop is a 20-minutes walk and ADO Alterna bus stop is 6 minute walk. The neighborhood is not really nice but it didn’t feel unsafe.

It was an overall good stay. The room was cleaned everyday, the staff were really kind and alrhough the area around the property didnt look like much, it was a really short walk to the beach and 5th ave. There are 3 major grocery stores 1 block away like Walmart and Soriana. Small thing that could improve is the water pressure in the shower.

Quiet location, pretty hotel

The hotel is really pretty. It is away from the noise of 5th street, which we liked. Our only problem with it was the lack of storage and space to put our things. There were nice counters, but there were huge (pretty) decorations on them which took up most of the counter space. The king size bed took up most of the room. The closet only had three hangars, it could hold about 20 which would have really helped with storage.

Very convenient access to shopping and places to eat, and 15 min. walk to beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes noise from surrounding neighborhood or guests of the hotel, but generally quiet.

Good quality overall

The rooms are small and my mini-fridge did not work. There's no bottles of water in the room and the staff do not speak English. I would not recommend to anyone that does not speak Spanish. With that being said, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice (although there seemed to be a problem with the hot water--typical for Mexico though). I stayed one night because I needed to be downtown to take the taxi back to Cancun for a flight. It was perfect for that, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The place was not near downtown or beach; but my partner and I enjoyed the walks through the neighborhoods to get to beach area [i.e. 10 minutes]. Some good food and grocery stores close by. Very good value. The staff were very friendly. I liked that there was a working safe in room.
