This is a property worth revisiting. We came same time last year, last week of July. Had such a wonderful time we came back this year. The staff is so accommodating and sincere. The property is serene, relaxing, and easy to navigate. The food is divine and delicious and the beaches are beautiful.

The food was very good. My friends who have been to all inclusives before said the food was the best they’ve had at one. Beds were very comfortable and wifi throughout the property. Book transport through amstar to get there.

We were definitely looking forward to our stay at the Hyatt Zilara. We picked this hotel because of the reviews and its walkability. We stayed in a swim out pool view room; which was a very nice room and a convenient walk to everything. However, we were disappointed that there was poop the whole week on the patio outside our room that was never cleaned; some of it getting into the pool. The swim out pool was also not cleaned every day and the water was a greenish color one day. Not sure if the filter was working. We wished the hotel paid more attention to the cleanliness of this area considering we paid much more for these rooms. We did call on our first day to have the chaise outside our room cleaned because they were also dirty. Unfortunately, the seafood restaurant was also closed the entire time we were there (due to renovations) which made our options of places to eat very limited. We only had the Italian and buffet which was also closed certain days. We were not crazy about the Asian food. Overall, the food was just ok. The grounds were well maintained and the view and breeze in the lobby was very relaxing. Our favorite part was lying by the beach every day and just enjoying the view. Not sure we would return, and if we did decide to return, we would not book the swim out and would confirm that the seafood restaurant and all the restaurants are open.

This was my first time staying at the Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya and I have no complaints! I would stay here again. We stayed for 5 nights. The property is so beautiful and the staff is so friendly. A few standouts were Fermin and Sandy, of the entertainment staff. They were incredibly kind and dedicated to making sure guests had a great time! We took advantage of all the restaurants, the pool, the gym, and most of the night events. It’s a very relaxed, chill resort with an older crowd. My group is in their early 30s and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was great, bartenders were incredibly nice, and the coffee shop is a cute little perk that kept us going!

Very good property. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food at the two specialty restaurants are excellent. The facilities a very well kept, too bad we visited during the peak of the algae season, that made beach unappealing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Zilara Rivera Myan! 4.2 stars! This is a solid 4 star property! The rooms were super clean, cool and the beds were comfortable. The food was great and the drinks were delicious! The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with lots of traditional Mexican options as well as American foods. The juices and omelet station are a definite win first thing in the morning. Dinner was the best at Capri restaurant, and Tempest for hibachi. We went to each twice! The staff are kind and helpful, so bring you tip money became they deserve it. The drinks at the upstairs lobby bar were my favorite. They do it correctly! The coffee an ice-cream cafe are delightful treats. The only little area in need of improvement is the cleaning of the pool. I saw straws, bandaids, hair, black hair nets, unclogged drains and plastic items at the bottom of the pool. The young man cleaning was scrolling on his phone and missed the most important part, which is to actually Clean and remove debris. The old guys swept around the edges, but was not enough. They should increase the pool chemicals. The activity team is awesome! Each day there were fun water activities poolside. The music was upbeat and diverse for all to enjoy. The nightlife was a great way to end the evening. The magic show, dating game, and disco were a blast! Hyatt Zilara Rivera Myan is simply wonderful. Great value, great adults only vacation. We will visit again!
