Overall great hotel, very quiet and relaxing. I would have appreciated the buffet restaurant open longer and for dinner to provide diverse meal options. Also would be wonderful to add more shows each night for entertainment

We really enjoyed how small the property was, and how good the service was at the bars, the restaurants, and the pool. Julio at Legends Sports Bar is a legend himself when it comes to cocktails, and his mezcal wisdom is unmatched. The mosquitos in the tropical view swim-out was a bummer, but other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

Ok, so first of all I have been to other Hyatt location but this one is the worst of all. No customer service at all. The place is only 20% filled but they are running out of alcohol. Its really unheard of. We have been drinking one particular type of whisky from 5pm to 8pm and all of the sudden they said they dont have it anymore. I wanted some of my friends who were visiting another resort close by to just come visit us for like an hour or less without using any of the resorts accommodations, I was told that they have to pay $90/person to come in. This is not my first rodeo. I have been using Hyatts locations for many years. This is the first time I have experienced this type of service. If im paying for the something at asked pricing without any negotiations then I deserve the service. Please book other locations. Manager said he cannot do anything. Not even "Sorry"

Perfect for us!

Due to our physical limitations we stayed around the property all the time. Loved the pool. At our request, room was closest to everything, including elevator down to pool. All staff super friendly and fun helping us with our limited spanish! All inclusive is THE BEST! Mexican Independence Day was our final day. What a party!!!

Property is a smaller property and was not so busy as we went in the low season. Fantastic restaurants, staff, the spa, and our room. I would highly recommend this resort to a couple who are not looking to party all night, but more as a retreat.

O-M-G! This is a beautiful resort with spectacular service. Our butlers Fernanda & Renata were kind, friendly & beyond fabulous! We had the best pool & beach drink service from Alejandro & his partner. I have been to 20+ resorts in Mexico & this is top notch. If you’re looking for a smaller resort with great food, a beautiful pool, gorgeous beaches, and the best staff ever, this is the place! We were a group of 20 & every one of us were treated like royalty!

The property itself is great, but not necessarily worth the upgraded price tag over some others in the area. Julio at the pool was our favorite and made the daytime awesome, but the staff overall were also very kind and accommodating. The concierge crew is very good but it felt like the whole process of booking experiences and everything else was geared towards selling the vacation club, which was made clear by the willingness to give away resort dollars and the increased prices on everything you had to purchase that wasn’t included in the stay. Overall, great place, little bit small with only a few restaurants, but everything was solid quality.
