Location. Near the public beach and near to the 5th avenue with all shops and restaurants.

Die Toilette hat nicht funktioniert, es wurde kein anderes Zimmer vergeben - man musste in der Lobby und in einem kleinen Raum aufs WC. Um die Reparatur hat sich niemand gekümmert. Frühstück enthält keine Getränke, auch kein Kaffee. Nur Früchte und Ei zur Verfügung. Sehr viel Baustellenlärm rundherum. Keine Option zu duschen bei später abreise. Sehr viel Chlor im Pool (Haut brennt nach dem Baden sehr). Maximal 2 Sterne. niemehr!

Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, Ausstattung war sehr minimal, kein Safe im Zimmer, keinen Platz für Kleider oder sonst was, sehr kleine Zimmer! Abflüsse in der Dusche im Lavabo und WC waren verstopft als wir das gemeldet haben hatt das keinen interessiert im Hotel. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser. Im Hotel fanden jeden Tag private Veranstaltungen statt Pool & Terasse war gesperrt deswegen = kei zutritt für Gäste. In der Nacht gab es immer Partys mit sehr lauter Musik alls hätte man einen Club gebucht kein Hotel, hatt die vom Hotel auch nicht Interessiert! Frühstück gab es kein Buffet man bekam einen Kaffe und ein Stück Brot mit sehr wenig Avocado alles andere war extra zu zahlen finde ich einfach frech wenn ich mit Frühstück gebucht habe. Zimmer sehr schlecht isoliert man hört alles hat keine Ruhe. Wird alls ein 5 Sterne Hotel verkauft ist leider nicht mal einen Stern wert. Alles sehr unhygienisch, Personal sehr uninteressiert sassen den ganzen Tag hinter der Teke und warem am Handy. Würde ich niemanden weiterempfeheln absoluter HORROR!

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, von Hotellerie bis Rezeptionisten. Pool auf Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, würde wieder kommen
