Good location, good security, great communication. FYI this is a street view so can get noisy from time to time. Roof top pool is amazing and not to be missed.

When we arrived, the property didn't have our names or what apartment we were renting. Took us an hour to make contact with Expedia/Property Mgmt to find out what apartment we had & the code to get the key. We didn't realize the property was on a very busy, noisy main street. Our view was of an abandoned building with homeless, construction and an alley. No TV in the living area and TV in the bedroom was Spanish speaking only. Very basic supplies. Only 2 towels and 2 beach towels. No Kleenex or paper towels. Window treatments were torn and dirty. The apartment itself was clean other than the mold under the toilet.

We enjoyed our stay at this appartment. We especially enjoyed the roof top pools. The appartmnent is 2 blocks to 5th and and 3 blocks to the beach. This appartment is close to everything ... We loved it!!!
