Best part is the access to the 4 beautiful rooftop pools. Building is great location…. Seconds from one of the best grocery stores and 5 minute walk to beach!

Ipana condos are very spacious and beautiful. Everything you need for a excellent stay. The on l’y Thanh that will need improvement, is the bed. Too smala and much too soft

Condo was great with all the amenities and a few extras thoughts. Only thing is hot water tank is tiny so showers are limited to 3-5 minutes and bed wasa little too soft. But otherwise the location is perfect. We would stay again!!
