Welcome to Villa Mayamar in the exclusive Playacar phase 2 subdivision in Playa del Carmen.

It is a 3-bedroom villa with capacity for 8 people. Its master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom and its own terrace with views of the garden and common pool. Likewise, its guest bedroom has a private bathroom and two double beds.



On your lower floor you will find the second guest room with a queen-size bed, private terrace with a view of the garden and pool. Also on this floor you can find the laundry room, living room and dining room. All your rooms have internet and air conditioning for your comfort.



Just next to the living room is the terrace with a dining area and gas grill where you can enjoy the common areas such as the pool and its gardens.



In case you like golf, the Hard Rock course is just one mile within the development. If you enjoy hiking and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural ponds) just 4 miles away.



To reach the condominium, we can offer you transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes away from Playa.
